Socorro Society carries everything from vintage and reworked garments to mending kits, sewing notions, and patterns featuring original designs. Due to the unique and specialty nature of these items, all sales are final.
We take great care to provide detailed photos and accurate measurements for each item. Photos are considered part of the description, and we encourage you to review them closely before purchasing.

All digital products are delivered instantly via email and cannot be returned or refunded.
Order Issues
If there was a mistake with your order (such as receiving the wrong item) or if an error occurred during checkout, please reach out, we want to make it right!

Damages or Concerns
If there are any issues with your order, please email us within 72 hours of arrival with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Delivery Issues
Once your order has been shipped, Socorro Society is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. We also cannot guarantee delivery timelines and are not responsible for carrier delays. These circumstances are outside of our control and are not grounds for a refund.
