In great condition! Some fading on the corners due to use, could be fixed up with some extra conditioning. Boasts that good good butter soft Costa Rican leather with a few stretch marks on the front hardware and strap in excellent condition. No smells, scratches, pen marks or water marks to note.

Inside vacuumed and cleaned with diluted Castile soap, cleaned with saddle soap, and conditioned with leather CPR. The hardware is polished with Peek.
