In excellent condition! No Stains, Peeling, Cracks, or Unpleasant Odors. There is one area on the strap where the picking overlaps, it seems the bottom piping has come out a bit from the piping over it. It is not a crack, or tear, I tried to picture it the best I could. Also to note, the brass on the feet have worn half off, and the inside zipper pull is missing, zipper is completely functional

Inside vacuumed and cleaned with diluted Castile soap. Cleaned with diluted Lexol Soap. Conditioned with leather CPR. The hardware has been polished with Peek.
